QUESTION #1: CAN I READ ON MY E-READER?

Bookfunnel does allow you to send the ebooks to your preferred e-reader or app via email. It is a fairly simple process. If you have any issues, you can reach out to BookFunnel at help@bookfunnel.com and they are ready and willing to assist you.

QUESTION #2: WHERE IS MY ORDER?

E-books and audiobooks are delivered via email from our distributor, Bookfunnel. Emails are sent as soon as purchase is completed so if you don't see it, try checking your SPAM folder. If you still don't see it then you can go to www.bookfunnel.com/help and use your email as your login.

QUESTION #3: CAN I RETURN THE DIGITAL PRODUCTS?

At this time there are no refunds on digital products. However if there is a poor customer experience, please email celeste@worldsofprotheka.com and we'll see what we can do to take care of you!

QUESTION #4: WHAT DO I DO IF MY LINK HAS EXPIRED?

You have 14 days from when you get the email with the codes to download  your books before the codes expire. PLEASE NOTE: Even if you lose your codes, you have the books forever. You can either reach out to BookFunnel at help@bookfunnel.com to request new codes. Or you can go to www.bookfunnel.com/help and use your email as your login. There you will find all the books you have purchased under that email.
